What this is

LocalEconomy.com tracks business formation, building permits, and employment for metro areas, local authorities, and regions in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Every figure comes from public data, with a link back to its source. Regions are scored against other regions in the same country, never across borders, and the methodology is versioned and published in full.
